The Tylosaurus, whose name means "protruding lizard", was a large carnivorous marine lizard that could measure up to 50 feet and roamed the shallow seas. With his long and slender body, equipped with two pairs of efficient fins and a powerful tail, he could propel himself at will, and thus be able to satisfy his predator appetite. It is probable that his snout served him as a weapon, as well to hunt as to defend himself. Measures approximately 9.4" x 3.5" x 1.9"
